Inside was clean, outside area was not as pictured and has trash all over the ground. One bed was broken and couldn’t be slept on.

Wonderful property. Outside fun area… loved fire table and heaters for sitting out at night. Also used sauna and hot tub and outside shower. Had Hibachi chef come and hosted an outside dinner event gathering. The inside apartments were all clean comfortable and well supplied. Each had a kitchen, washer dryer, comfortable beds, and more. Property was clean and comfortable. We highly recommend this property. Host was helpful and communicative.

We had housekeeping issues. Property was not ready on time, but we were able to drop off bags. Housekeeping not completely finished. Reported plumbing issue to manager. Not resolved during our stay. Otherwise, we love this place for a large group to stay in Louisville.

The house is a pleasure to stay at, modern interior amenities with plenty of provisions provided. The sauna and hot tub were perfect as well. However many of the exterior components are rapidly aging, we were only able to get one of the propane fires started, none of my bachelor party found the pool desirable, no basketballs were provided and all balls for bucketpong were popped and there is currently construction of an apartment right next to the house. However, it was still a dream stay for my large bachelor party group and Tyler is very responsive.
