The hotel itself was new. The interior was nice and modern. The bathroom was nicely appointed. The roof top bar was a lot of fun as well. The staff were very attentive. I’d stay there again.

Easy to find, park and quick check in. Felt safe in the area and hotel. The bathroom supplies of shampoo conditioner and body soap were empty. The temperature of the shower water did not get hot it was luke warm at best. The bathroom door was a sliding barn style door with no lock. Bed was comfortable and the temperature in the room was good. The breakfast in the morning was not adequately stocked. Went to the cafe at 9 am on a Wednesday and they were out of 3 of the food options on their menu. Parking was $22. Wish there was a microwave and a freezer/refrigerator in the room.

This was the nicest hotel I have stayed in, and the room rates aren’t bad at all. Hotel is clean, staff are nice and helpful, rooms aren’t dated, and you are in walking distance of some great local restaurants and shops.

Clean, comfortable stay in Louisville

I had a really good experience staying here. It was very nice: the bed was comfortable, the room was very clean, the room was very bright and spacious. I had an issue, and, at first, it wasn’t resolved, but the staff came through and it was finally fixed. I really appreciate the kindness of the staff who waited on me. And they made sure that I was comfortable and doing well. I will definitely stay here again.

good size rooms. the shower pressure could be a little stronger but excellent walk-in shower, large bathroom. modern hotel. comfortable beds. good location close to whiskey row. onsite kitchen for breakfast and coffee. my only negatives were not having iced coffee even though it was on the menu. the second issue was having a drag show on Saturday with someone called zsa zsa gabortion; seems pretty tone deaf.

Very small room for the price. Even though it was very hot there was no air conditioning in the hallway making the room’s ac not be able to adequately cool the room. The drag brunch that we attended at the hotel restaurant was cold and overly expensive. In fact they stated there was complimentary breakfast with my reservation and there was none. Finally there were multiple charges for incidentals that required me to contact Hilton to resolve.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and professional. The food in the restaurant on the top floor was excellent but a little pricy. The only problem during my stay was that 6 cars were broken into in their parking garage. Nothing stolen, vandalism only. Luckily mine wasn’t broken into but the car beside mine was. Otherwise, the hotel was great and the area, NULU, is cool and fun.
