No cold water in bathroom - scalding hot only. In room Korean pour over coffee was bad. Staff was minimally polite, but nothing like the friendliness and hospitality we experienced everywhere else on our Kentucky vacation. Window view was of parking garage. Room was clean and modern. Didn't use the breakfast option. We went to "White Castle" an icon. In fact, we didn't know breakfast was an option. The rooms are impeccable, the staff "Top Notch". I had a chance to inter-act with two of the housekeeping staff and they were as courteous and helpful as the front desk staff. Great job and A++ overall. The roof top bar is a par-excellence!
