I worked really hard to get all the hotel rooms in other teammates names and called and even talked to Simone and front desk to let them know that there were 2 rooms where there would only be someone in the room on the 2nd night, but both rooms were cancelled. Simone was able to refund 3 of the 4 nights, but definitely inconvenient when we are trying to find a place for 3 people at 10:30 at night after a long day at the show. I was pretty frustrated as the people that were put out were pretty upset to get there and not have rooms even though I had a key to one of them. I thought I did everything needed to communicate that we were willing to pay for ONE night when nobody was there. Maybe next time I will work to cancel the first night. Simone did what she could and I appreciate it. But was hard looking at coworkers that was upset when I had done everything to make it communicated to hotel.

Great choice to visit Louisville Slugger Factory. Walking distance to there. Also walkable to plenty of shops. Really nice stay. Well maintained.

Very comfortable and clean. There were lots of lights in my room, but none at the desk, so the desk was in a very dark corner. Made it a little hard to see when working at night.

The hotel and room were very spacious and clean. Loved the kitchenette! There were three issues (1) the windows are not soundproof; however soft earplugs are provided 2) there is no on-site parking, but on the street is available and parking at a garage diagonal to the property is available for a fee (3) the mattress was not comfortable.

Not much around it, but very close to a lot down town. Overall very quiet, which I like and every about the hotel was great. Rooms were great size and clean, staff was amazing and the breakfast was fantastic!

I was there for a business trip and it was also my wife’s birthday. I asked one of the receptionist( Jake, AKA Jake from State Farm) at the front counter to help me out with decorating the room as a surprise for my wife. Of course I supplied the decorations, and gave a few specifics instructions. Jake assured me not to worry and that he would take care of it. While my wife and I attended to our business, He decorated the room exactly the way I requested. When we returned hours later, it was a major success, My wife was completely Surprised. That made our trip and stay very memorable! On top of that the room was very neat and clean.
