With stunning views of the surrounding landscape, the villa is located very close to Alte, one of Portugal's most traditional villages.This magnificent property has all the necessary amenities to ensure great holidays, such as free Wi-Fi and air conditioning, in addition to 4 bedrooms (all en-suite) and 5 bathrooms. On the lower floor, you will find 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, while on the ground floor, you will find 2 more double bedrooms.On the ground floor, you can also find a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils during your stay, and a charming living/dining room with direct access to the inviting outdoor area, where you can enjoy sunbathing and refreshing swims in the pool while admiring the stunning view of the surrounding area, which will certainly enchant children and adults.Villa Alte Springs benefits from its own spacious and private outdoor space with outdoor furniture, as well as fruit trees around the property, including orange trees that you can pick from if you wish. The traditional Algarvian barbecue provides the perfect area to enjoy delicious outdoor meals prepared among friends or family and to relax from the Algarve sun's heat.This fantastic and spacious villa is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet away from busy tourist centres, while being a short distance from all amenities. A little further along the beautiful Algarve coast, you will find golden sandy beaches such as Salgados, Galé, Lourenço, or São Rafael, to name a few.Villa Alte Springs is perfect for a relaxing countryside retreat in the Algarve!Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated. The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). Group deposit: € 150 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 guestsFrom the 9th to the 10th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds. In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
