Back garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Hot tub for 2 (private). 1 small dog welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times. Private parking for 2 cars, 150m away. No smoking. Please note: There are 2 steps in the grounds and a lake within the grounds..
