Unique concept to this hotel. Our family did not like it- bare minimum hotel with LOTS of rules like takeout own trash, laundry exchange, clean own room, no front desk staff after 10 pm. No hair dryer, shampoo, soap or tissues. Do not recall any of these details on the website. Overwhelming smell of pot ALL THE TIME. Felt like low income housing alternative. Would never stay again

The hotel was very clean. This location opened this year. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room looked as though it had barely been used. The only thing that was off for me is there is only one elevator. The elevator was a bit slow. We stayed one night. Overall a very pleasant stay

Front desk staff is very rude and unhelpful. They present with too much attitude and don’t try to help at all. I had a reservation and they said they couldn’t find the booking. I showed them my confirmation but they said they could do anything about it all the while being rude and snobby.
