Beautiful home in Medveja

This authentic stone semi-detached house was built in 1856, completely renovated and refurnished in 2012. It is quietly located, surrounded by greenery and offers a beautiful view of the sea and the Kvarner Bay. The first floor has a large living room and the kitchen, while the bedrooms are on the floor above, i.e. in the attic with the lowest ceiling height of about 30 cm. A fitness and recreation room awaits you on the first floor, which is connected to the second floor by an external staircase. Refreshment is provided by the pool, the peculiarity of which is that it has both a deep pool (25m2), and a children's pool (5m2). You don't need to go further than the nearest beach, Medveja, as there are many recreational facilities there that offer entertainment and fun besides a refreshing swim. The beach is ideal for all age groups. In the evening you can stroll through the streets of Opatija. We also recommend you to taste fish specialties in one of the many restaurants that have a rich gastronomic offer. The house is ideal for a joint vacation of several families or friends. The landlord lives a little further away.
