Well located, clean, and friendly owners but a few things to note
7 of us booked in for a 4 night stay in August. Property is clean and generally well kept and spacious, perhaps a little rough around the edges but met our needs (but we are not particularly fussy or 'house proud'). 5 mins walk from lovely beaches. Beds mostly comfy with double sofa bed and spare Z Bed options for extra sleeping. Kitchen lacked some obvious essentials like a grater, bottle opener and tin opener, which shows a little lack of attention to detail, which we had to purchase. Tumble dryer didn't seem to work, lights were tripped when we arrived, but managed to find fuse box and turn back on. The biggest downside is the neighbouthood, which is somewhat unloved and may make some feel uneasy. Sofa was dumped at the end of the street, neighbour a few doors along left rubbish out on the street and blared loud music all day long. We had no problems but it wasn't really what we expected for the price we paid. Owner provided good communication and was friendly in emails. Parking was fine on street, albeit had to park some distance from the house on some occasions (although we did have 2 cars). Did the job but a little more attention to detail and care for the price charged wouldn't go amiss.
