The location of this resort has everything you need. Many restaurants and bars nearby and the pizza at the Driftwood beach bar is some of the best we had on the island! The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. You won’t be disappointed booking this resort, we had an amazing vacation.

Everything was great. My room was great. The restaurant Tortugas was great except for they have a problem with flies. Very annoying. Other than that. The staff is wonderful. and they make great drinks Hope, Nicholas and Marco all fantastic bartenders.

Royal Islander Resort La Plage is a tropical oasis! The grounds is filled with many palm trees, beautiful colorful flowers and so many butterflies and doves that ate right out of my hand. The pool is super clean. The staff are very genuinely friendly!, The security guards are also very friendly!. The room was top notch! Very clean, spacious andthe view was just perfect!.

Nice place - coming here every year for past 5 years. Make sure to get balcony - otherwise you may end up on ground floor (which is not good for view)

The guy at guest services sold us on an island tour for $140 that was awful. The driver was rude, didn’t stop at stops clearly on the agenda and ran personal errands during the tour. Worst tour experience ever!

The location was excellent. Resort was clean, secure. Beautiful pool area and a small beach but plenty of chairs and umbrellas for all. There are so many restaurants in walking distance. Very near the airport which provided alot of entertainment

Staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful including the security guards. Kim at the coffee bar was so friendly and such great service. London the activities guy made the whole experience more fun. Juju serving food and drinks around the pool area from the cafe was such a hard worker and such service with a smile.

The beach wasn't fit for bathing - was rough and soemtimes with sea weed. May have been the time of year. Good location, would definitely recommend here as it's close proximity to other places

Check-in staff were excellent. Room was sold by yourselves as Ocean view, but was told at check-in it was Pool view. You could not see either as it was ground floor and view blocked by shrubs and trees. The gardens were well maintained, however. Bathrooms tried and lounge sofa's (wicker framed) were VERY comfortable. Lighting could have been brighter. Very noisy in the lounge/dining/kitchen area due to the old aircon AND standalone dehumidifier (which I emptied twice, once the next morning and again the last morning (it was turned it off in-between because of noise and heat it generated). We went back to reception our first morning and spoke to a different person about failed bulbs, no plug in the sink, blocked shower head (1/3 of it not working), the room view description and what we were told vs what we could see, and the people above tipping cig butts over their balcony onto ours. We gave them the issues in writing. That reception person (who we never saw again) just blamed Expedia for incorrect information and didn't want to know what we were told at check-in. They clearly didn't care as NOTHING was fixed either during our stay. WOULD NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN.

It’s a beautiful resort and great location. Close to the Sonesta with a casino. Easy access to little shops, local bars ..however I did find our room to have a very dirty floor and our shower handle broke and we were not able to use or shower. We only stayed one night. Beach is very nice and excellent 5 STARS for watching planes fly over.

Attention le site Hotel.com annonce que vous pouvez régler sur place le séjour aprés l'acompte de réservation hors de manière illégale le règlement a été prélevé sur le compte bancaire occasionnant de graves problèmes..!!:((( Trés mauvaise communication entre l'Hotel et expédia pour une autre chambre dont le séjour avait été réduit pour cause médicale et avertit par mail par nos soins ! Cela a duré prés de 3 jours avec des tensions et une manager qui n'en avait rien à faire ! heureusement qu'une petite réceptionniste du matin nous a aidé ! Aucun geste commercial d'Hotel.com /Expédia Honteux !
