Room was pretty dirty. Tub/shower drains slow and shower water came out in tub more than shower head. Only 1 pod for coffee pot and when I went to front desk she said they didn’t even have any more! Not enough shampoo/conditioner, soiled washcloth and only one. Clock/radio didn’t work, some lights didn’t work, very dirty window and air/heater was so dirty we didn’t even want it on! Oh, and they are going thru a change in ownership so the signs did not match the internet—— Google maps——was hard to find wrong name!!!

This hotel serves a price point, so I understand a lack of niceties such as smart TVs and usb charging ports and a lack of polish from years of deterioration. But I will deduct stars for poor housekeeping (hairs by the sink and in the shower, makeup stains on the sheets, and someone’s prescription bag in the bedside table from 3 months prior) and for lack of maintenance (broken and unsecured exterior doors.) I did appreciate the hot breakfast, but coffee was from a machine, not fresh brewed.

We were woken up by people trying to get in room. Desk clerk came and woke us again asking why we were in the room and how to spell name. At about 1 am again someone woke us trying to get in room. There was only 1 coffee park in the room. Shower was cold. Coffee machine at breakfast broken.
