Exclusively renovated and newly furnished half of the house in the historic farmhouse from 1500. 65.0 sqm, max. 6 persons, 2 bedrooms. 450 m to the beach.

The Space:
Enjoy a relaxing family vacation, preferably with your dog, in this charming, light-flooded and absolutely quiet apartment for up to 5 guests. 2-room maisonette apartment (non-smoking), 2nd + 3rd floor, approx. 70 m² with a view of the greenery, fitted kitchen with dishwasher, 4-plate ceramic hob, oven, bedroom with box spring bed and sleeping alcove with single bed, large living room with south-facing balcony, WLAN, HD TV + music system, sofa bed for 4th + 5th person, shower room / WC with shower function, high chair, parking space. South-facing balcony with a view of the horse pastures and the southern nature reserve of the Priwall.
The beach, the harbor and the promenade are within 10 minutes walking distance.

The Neighborhood:
The two passenger and car ferries are a 5-minute walk away and take you quickly and easily to the old town of Travemünde with its newly designed Vorderreihe and the ferry port. From the balcony you can see the paddocks of a riding stable.

Getting Around:
Enjoy peace and relaxation!!! The large beach is monitored by the DLRG and always offers plenty of space for families and couples looking for peace and quiet. The Baltic Sea is very shallow in the shore area and only gets deeper after about 30 meters. Well-developed cycling and hiking trails in the direction of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern invite you to take long walks or bike tours. The southern Priwall with its beautiful forest area is also just a few minutes' walk away.

In Travemünde: the beautiful old town, the beach promenade, the old lighthouse, the Brodtener Ufer, the fishing port, the Skandinavienkai, the St. Lorenz church, the casino and the seaside resort museum.
Lübeck: (UNESCO World Heritage Site) beautiful old town and Lübeck marzipan

Die Wohnung war sehr lieblos eingerichtet und nicht gut in Schuss gehalten. Die Sauberkeit ließ ebenfalls zu Wünschen übrig. Die Lage war top.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Ich habe nur den Beutel im Staubsauger und eine Außen-Steckdose für das E-Bike vermisst.

Die Wohnung ist im allgemeinen sehr hübsch, jedoch auch renovierungsbedürftig. Die Sauberkeit lies leider zu wünschen übrig, unterm Sofa befand sich ein benutztes Taschentuch sowie lollireste von Kindern, an der Decke klebte ein zermatschter Falter, Spinnennetze sind ebenfalls sehr viele vorhanden gewesen und die Fenster waren auch sehr schmutzig, hatten auch sehr viele Spinneneier außen dran. Die Dusche war leider mit schwarzem Schimmel in den Ecken versehen, sowie mit Schmutz an den vorderen Kanten und an der Tür. Kaffeemaschine ist leider nicht brauchbar, da sie ebenfalls sehr schmutzig war. Reinigungskosten viel zu hoch angesetzt! Die Treppe ist leider sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig, man kann diese Vorwärts hochsteigen und rückwärts oder seitlich runter gehen, da ein Fuß der Schuhgröße 37 nur zur Hälfte auf die Stufen passte. Die Wohnung eignet sich eher für die kalte Jahreszeit, da sie doch recht warm wird aufgrund fehlender Rollläden die „außen“ angebracht sind.Die Umgebung selbst ist hervorragend, der Fußmarsch zur Fähre und zum Strand sind es jeweils ca 5 Gehminuten. Gassi ist direkt vor der Tür möglich, da sich gegenüber auf der anderen Straßenseite direkt der Waldeingang befindet und man bis zur Priwall Promenade durchlaufen kann. 4 Gehminuten bis zum edeka, der im Übrigen auch Sonntags geöffnet hat. Leider haben wir bis heute (nach unserem Urlaub) noch nichts vom Ferienwohnungsservice gehört, obwohl man am anreisetag alles bemängeln soll. Wirklich schade.
