The detached air conditioned house

with a 400 sqm plot offers a beautiful view over the Pötenitzer Wiek (lake view) and in the background you can hear the sound of the sea, because: The Baltic Sea beach is just 3 minutes walk. The house can accommodate three adults. Two adults are accommodated in the basement (also with lake view) in a 2 x 2 meter king size bed. Another adult can be accommodated on a comfortable high-quality sofa bed, which offers a lying area of ​​197 x 130 cm on a separate mattress with slatted frame in the unfolded state, so it would also be suitable for two children (or adolescents) or for two adults understand well (about a young couple).

The house was built in 1987 in solid construction with a brick clinker facade typical for the region and subjected to a comprehensive revision in 2016/17: new mediterran-maritime shower, outdoor area and terrace almost completely new, 1 new garden shed, another new garden pavilion to Open-roofed on the lake side, new vinyl floors in white oak look (ÖKO-TEST: VERY GOOD) laid on cork ("kick-warm", like wood) - therefore better than parquet, almost completely new interior decoration, etc., etc.

On the house plot is a large parking lot available, on which two middle-class cars find space; in the private parking lot (50 m) is another parking space available.

However, you do not necessarily have to travel by car. The train station "Travemünde-Hafen" is not far away: You take the "Priwall ferry to the Priwall and are including crossing in about 30 minutes at the house. With a bit of luck, you will catch the 38 bus and get off at the "Wellenschlag" terminus. From there it is only 150 m to the house. There are then three bikes (a 5-speed men's bike, a 7-speed women's bike and a 27-speed mixed) are available (subject to availability), with which all errands can be done.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Wundervolles eigentümergeliebtes Ferienhaus, das ich so angetroffen habe wie es hier beschrieben ist. Der Vermieter hat sich vor der Anreise schon um alles gekümmert und Dank seiner Beschreibung war auch von Check in bis Check out alles einfach zu handhaben. Das Haus hat uns rundum begeistert. Besonders die Lage ist einfach hervorragend: direkt zwischen See und Meer, wunderschön gelegen, ruhig und gleichzeitig perfekt, um die Umgebung entspannt zu genießen. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und kann den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen.Auch die Sauberkeit war absolut überzeugend. Alles war sehr gepflegt, ordentlich und liebevoll vorbereitet, sodass wir uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt haben. Wir wurden vorab und jederzeit perfekt informiert und man merkt, dass dem Vermieter es wichtig ist, dass sich seine Gäste wohl fühlen. Insgesamt eine wunderbare Unterkunft, die wir jederzeit sehr gerne weiterempfehlen würden.Auch die vorhandenen hochwertigen Fahrräder sind ein echter Vorteil. Ein Ebike braucht man auf dem Priwall und der näheren Umgebung nicht.Wir kommen wieder!

Sonnige Tage auf dem Priwall

Schöne Paddeltouren auf Ostsee und Wiek, Fahrräder auch genutzt, im Haus alles da...etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig die Geräusche der Heizung, aber trotz nächtlichem Frost (stellenweise Eis auf dem Pötritzer Wiek) hatten wir es warm und gemütlich.

Schöne Unterkunft für schöne Ferien

Wir haben schöne Ferien verbracht, die Lage ist super, der Strand keine 5 min entfernt, Travemünde innerhalb einer halben Stunde zu Fuß zu erreichen, der Laden mit den vorhandenen sehr guten Fahrrädern in 5 min. Die Heizung ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber arbeitet anständig. Der Vermieter ist gut zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit.

Toller Kurzurlaub

Es ist ein sehr schönes, helles Ferienhaus mit einem tollen Ausblick auf das Pötenitzer Wiek und viel Platz drumrum (die meisten übrigen Ferienwohnungen in dem Gebiet stehen auf sehr kleinen, dicht bebauten Grundstücken). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Wendeltreppe hat uns (trotz fortgeschrittenen Alters) überhaupt nicht gestört. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Super Lage, top Vermieter, ideal für eine schöne Zeit

Wir sind als Paar zum ersten Mal an der Ostsee. Das Haus liegt optimal gelegen sowohl zum Strand als auch zum Einkaufen oder als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, und ja es gibt hier wirklich viel zu sehen. Der Vermieter ist ab der Bestätigung der Buchung um einen bemüht. Dabei aber keinesfalls Aufdringlich. Der Kontakt und weitere Kommunikation ist wirklich hervorragend. Was Sauberkeit und Ausstattung angeht wirklich gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Ich denke das wir nicht das letzte mal hier waren.
