With 67 sqm, it accommodates up to 5 guests with 2 bedrooms, a lounge with sofa bed accessible via a separate entrance, and a spacious bathroom with bathtub and vanity area. Each room has its own hairdryer, plus a main one in the bathroom, private Wi-Fi, TV, and a dedicated workspace. Kitchen use is available on request for an extra charge. Relax in the playroom, the study with library, or the garden with gazebo—perfect for enjoying nature together. Just minutes from Lucca’s center and well located for Pisa, Viareggio, and Garfagnana, the Family Suite is an authentic Tuscan retreat.

Shuttle service to and from the airport and station, as well as to local wineries, is available on request for an extra fee. Portable air conditioners can be provided on request. Laundry service is available for an extra fee. Four shared parking spaces are available. Linen is changed weekly; extra changes are available for an extra fee. Check-out is from 8 to 11 am, with possible extension. Please respect quiet hours from 2–4 pm and 9 pm–8 am. No extra guests allowed. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Owners live on site but not in your accommodation. The double room and suite have kitchens available on request for an extra fee.
