Very grand

We were pleasantly surprised by lovely the hotel was. Our room quadruple room was excellent. Perfect for our family of 4. The pool was amazing with pool bar and breakfast was good. The surroundings were very nice

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The room was clean and an adequate size, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was tasty but expensive particularly given the portion sizes. Breakfast was adequate.

The property was beautiful, the staff was wonderful, the food was excellent. The only drawback is that you do need to travel to get to other dining options or shopping.

Beautiful and dusty

The hotel was half empty. We received a big room for 4 but it was very smelly of dust ( it looked like nobody used it for few months). We asked the very nice staff to move to other room on the second night and the new room was much better. The public area of the hotel is beautiful.

Absolutely beautiful. Amazing property. One of their staff was fantastic. Alessandro is an excellent employee and he helped my wife and I immensely. We loved staying here and it was our favorite hotel during our 4 week vacation in Italy.

We got a large and very comfortable family room and were very happy! The property was very close to Lucera and Fogia - 2 downsides were that the pool was not heated and breakfast was only until 10 am. Thank you for the staff working in the restaurant, especially waiter Alessandro, who was amazing and very accomodating through our entire stay, that served us a bit after 10. He was a really 5 star waiter with an old world sense of intelligence, kindness, wittiness ans willingness to please with dignity!!!

Beautiful hotel and setting but let down by unhelpful staff and poor catering. Each morning that we had breakfast the food was limited as the staff failed to replenish what had been eaten by earlier guests. We had to ask for more food and wait a long time. There is no food available between 2pm and dinner I.e no bar snacks etc so if you’re checking in and want to eat, nothing is available. We were told that sandwiches could be made but the staff were unable to make the number that we required and ridiculed my family members that queried the poor service! Lastly, when we checked out the WiFi was not working and so I left my card details to allow the hotel to make payment later on. They had difficulty taking payment and so rather than phone me, they charged the credit card I booked with. I telephoned and requested that they refund the credit card as I did not want them to use that card and that there was nothing wrong with the first card, encouraging them to try again. They refused to refund the credit card leaving me to pay uncessary commission. All in all, the hotel is let down by the awful service!

Nearly empty hotel!

The hotel was excellent but 2 of the 3 pools were shut and the pool bar only opened occasionally. The room was excellent and reception staff very helpful but the spa was weird as the manager followed us around and the restaurant staff seemed stressed and not very welcoming.

I stayed in this place for two nights for business and it was an amazing break. This hotel offers all the facilities you need to feel relaxed: swimming pool, huge living room with plenty of sofa, restaurant, iron if needs be... It was a good stay in order to disconnect from the working day. I recommend this hotel

Great hotel

Great hotel with amazing amenities but when we visited in the middle of June it didn't quite seem like it was ready for high season. Not too much to do immediately nearby but great pools and facilities. Breakfast not 5* but nothing to complain about.

Superb hotel, two huge swimming pools which we had to ourselves much of the time, great spa 15 euros for guests at the hotel, again only few people in, and excellent food in the restaurant which was reasonable value

A good choice for this part of Italy.

A good choice for this part of Italy. A few minor problems when we arrived tired, but they were quickly sorted out. We had a suite, which was fine in some ways, but below par in others, e.g. plastic glasses. Nice grounds, but nothing nearby for eating, etc.

Non so nemmeno da dove iniziare! Una struttura a dir poco favolosa, del'ingresso già si nota la raffinatezza e lo charme, le piante meravigliose, i gattini, i viali, le poscine fantastiche, l'albergo silenzioso, ambiente curato nei minimi particolari, piscina gramde e tranquilla.
