Our Homestay, Studio Serviced Apartments Unit SA1:

Apartment has attached bathroom, lobby, modular kitchen. On the 1st floor there is also, lawn and the water curtain.
Apartment is fully furnished with proper 1.5 Tons split air conditioner, king size bed, hard matching mattress, pillows, cushions, comforters, wardrobes, LED TV, Router, fans, exhaust fans, Fridge, utensils, crockery, kitchen appliances, gas & burner, working laptop table, Chairs, dining tables, geyser, fire extinguisher, smoke alarms, curtains.
We provide cleaned towels, linens, Wi-Fi, DTH connections, maid service for housekeeping, Indian or continental breakfast, R O water in 18 Litres bottles, washing of cloths (chargeable).
Please note that sleeping arrangement will be as follows:
1. Two Guests will sleep in one King Size Bed.
For remaining guests, arrangements will be made on the floor using mattresses, pillows, bed sheets, comforters etc. There will not be any proper bed.
All apartments have independent access and these do not interfere in the privacy of any guest. 24 hours hot & cold water is available in all apartments. All apartments have individual power backup to support lights, fans only. Wi-Fi is in the whole house with 200 MBPS speed based on Fibre optic cable (FTTH) technology. There are two (2) broadband connections in each apartment.
1. Being living on the ground floor of ISH Atithya, we are readily available 24 hours a day. Small shops, Milk, medicine shops, super markets, restaurants, hotels, vegetable & fruits shops, banks, ATM are nearby in 100 meters radius. Hospitals are 2.5 - 3 KM away. High Court is only 600 meters away.
2. Ola, Uber, 3-wheeler auto rickshaw are available. Ola, Uber and Cabio taxis can be booked via app.
3. Modular Kitchens: These are independent units with Utensils, Crockery, Gas, Hob, Fridge, ready to use. Modular kitchen is in all Serviced Apartments.
i). You can cook food yourselves. There are plenty of utensils & crockery.
ii). You can order prepared meals from any restaurant and it will be delivered in the home.
iii). You can ask our home-made food. It can be supplied on the payment basis.
4. Tea & Indian/ Continental morning breakfast can be provided free or on the payment basis as mentioned separately.
5. These free services are included in the rent:
a. Full House Keeping.
b. Supply of R. O. Water to the kitchen. .
c. Channels in LED TV are available on OTT platforms. Smart LED 43” TV runs on the internet.
d. WI-FI in the whole house with Fibre Optic Technology FTTH with 200 MBPS speed. It is available 24 hours a day.
e. Free Cooking Gas Usage.
f. Cooking Facilities (we provide cooking gas, utensils & crockery only).
g. Tea & plenty of coffee.
h. Free electricity.
I. Free linen and towels. It is complimentary.
j. Gas Grill is available for preparing grilled food. There are nominal charges We do not supply food stuff.
k. Washing of the clothes. It is available free for limited number of cloths.
l. We have a cloth dryer too. Service is paid. Please check charges.
m. Indian or continental breakfast will be served.
n. All rooms have their own electric kettles, toasters, mixi machine.
o. Iron, ironing board are provided in each apartment.
p. We have also provided first aid box and a list of doctors, hospitals in case if need arises.
q. All apartment kitchens have fire extinguishers.
r. Smoke and Carbon Monoxide alarms are installed in all rooms and lobbies.
s. You can use printer if required.
t. Cloak room facility is available.
