This place gets a big pass from me.

The staff were amazing, helpful and friendly. But the room get a lot to be desired. One small pillow so thin it was useless. The bed was a single bed the size of a child's bed and was so cheap it was like one of those IKEA cardboard beds they used for athletes' at the Toyko Olympics.

Worthy to live in

The hotel is opposite to the bus terminal and near the city centre as well as the lake. It was very convenient. The room and toilet was very clean. The mattress was comfortable. The breakfast was good. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. However, it was noisy if you opened the window.

Quick Stop at Lake Lugano

Absolutely beautiful room on the top floor of the hotel. Very modern and spacious accommodations. No view of the lake, but it is a short walk from the hotel to the edge of the lake

Clean room, friendly staff.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The hotel is conveniently located close to the lake and the town centre. The only downfall is that there was quite a lot of noise coming from the high street especially from motocycles that kept speeding up and down the road.

Good hotel. Data privacy issue, staff adviced.

Nice place. Good helpful staff, perfect location close to waterfront, park, centre, railway station (when using the 'funicularw' tram). Steeet busy in front but when window closed its quiet inside. Decent breakfast. One criticism: on arrival you will be asked to write your name and date of birth on a sheet common for all guests. This is total breach of data safety and privacy and I adviced the staff that this is unacceptable.

The room was hot,(no a/c until "the season") street was loud until at least 4am, not a restful night. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly. There are just too many loud motorcycles that race off the red lights surrounding our room ......all night long.

Nice hotel close to the center of town

Excellent, friendly, efficient and competent staff, hotel is very close to center of town & shopping facilities, easy to find, and reasonably calm. The room I had was a bit on the small side—but it's a historic building, so I can't blame the architect.
