For your holiday in beautiful Lugano, THE CENTRAL HOME is the elegant and perfect solution for families, groups of friends or colleagues on a business trip. This spacious three-bedroom apartment is located in a strategic area, surrounded by bars, restaurants, supermarkets and all services, and just a 5-minute walk from Lido di Lugano and the Centro Esposizioni exhibition center.
Upon entering, you are greeted by the living room, tastefully furnished with refined accessories, such as the original sideboards that add a touch of charm. Here you will spend pleasant moments in company, chatting or reading a book on the two comfortable sofas, perfect for relaxing after a day spent outside. Next to it, the dining table comfortably accomodates up to 8 people.
The kitchen, open onto the living room, is fully equipped with all appliances and the necessities to prepare lunches and dinners as at home, or prepare an aperitif or breakfast to be enjoyed on the terrace. Equipped with a table and four chairs, it is perfect for pleasant moments in the open air during the summer, an ideal place to enjoy the view of the surrounding mountains and a small glimpse of Lake Lugano.
The three bedrooms can accommodate up to 6 people and offer a variety of accommodation options: a standard double room, a second double room with a king-size bed, and the third room with a sofa bed, consisting of two single beds (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.). The apartment has two complete bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a hydromassage bathtub, for long moments of relaxation. The apartment has a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.

By public transport: After arriving at Lugano railway station take bus no. 2 in the direction of \"Castagnola, Capolinea\" for 7 stops (approx. 10 minutes) and get off at \"Cassarate, Lanchetta\". From here you will be in front of the apartment in 2 minutes on foot.
