We had supper in the restaurant upstairs and had very poor service, and the salad was a bit “off”. I had to go to the bar to order, ask again for water and no one came to ask how our meal was. We had to leave before someone came with a bill. At one point there were 5 staff chatting at the bar. Really disappointing.

We checked into the Sheraton airport for one night for its convenient location. We arrived in the morning and checked into the hotel but a room was not available to us. In other airport hotel locations they normally check guests arrival time and make sure when guests arrive their room is ready as they expect guests to be tired after a long flight. We stored our bags and went for a walk. We were not notified for our room to be ready so we ended up getting back to the hotel at 4 PM to ensure we have a room. I asked the reception what was included in our booking and was ensured that the breakfast was included. The next morning we went for breakfast before our flight, but they could not find our name on the list. They invited us to a table and said they will figure out the problem later. When checking out I received a bill for 158 Euros for breakfast! I said that I was told the breakfast was included in the booking, but without an apology was told the other receptionist was wrong!
