Staff were rude, General Manager accused us of using dope an called the police. Charged us 250.00, when police stated all they smelled was a burning candled. Don’t waste your money.

The hotel was not comfortable. Upon arrival there were people all over the parking lot smoking and listening to music. The hotel smelled moldy. I have no idea what was going on in the room next door, but it was LOUD all night long. I left at 6 am the next morning. I'll never stay there again.

No frills basic hotel stay

Very much a no frills hotel. No shampoo, conditioner in room. No ice machine. Feels more like an extended stay room since they have full fridge, sink and microwave. Stayed 1 night. It's a new hotel that has the makings of being a bad hotel once the newness wears off. Strangest lobby I've ever walked into. Dirty hallway. Bed was uncomfortable

Had something on the wall in our room. Maybe a bug squished and smeared. IDK. It was very noisy. You can hear the people next door coughing all night. and people upstairs I think were running a daycare and/or having a jazzerise class all evening. Uughh. Overall, I felt safe and we were only needing one nught. Things were bare as far as asthetics easier to clean. Would like a rug in the room. We did have a full size fridge and stovetop, but didnt need to use it. Would stay again if the Holiday Inn is booked.

Have low expectations

The girls behind the desk were very friendly and nice! However, we had no hand towels, tissues, coffee, ice, etc. Its more of a hotel where people live then visit.

I understand getting what you pay for - but I also expect a comfortable bed. The bed was horrible. I sank into the middle of it. The hotel was incredibly noisy. People in rooms above, next door and in the hallway. This hotel is not that old but already looks worn and it had no sound proofing. Floors were sticky. Just wanted a nice place to rest for an overnight - I hardly slept and will not only never stay here again, but am hesitant to stay at any WoodSpring Suites if they are all the same caliber. Room was not ready when I arrived either - staff did call when it was ready.

You get what you pay for, I would only stay again if it was a last resort. I was on the 2nd floor, the people above me walked n slid a chair or something all night. Every time I moved in the bed it creaked. It said no smoking but I kept smelling marijuanna in the hallway

The property was clean. It’s the lack cleanest of the rooms. The floors aren’t being mopped. The bed sheets aren’t being changed in between guests stays. The carpet isn’t clean and it smells. They are very short staffed. There’s not employees to clean the rooms as they should.

Overall, it was a nice stay. The room was comfortable, and it was clean. However, it was noisy (doors slamming all hours of the night). The bed was a bit questionable. Also, the hot water was not very hot most of the time. And, the kitchen did not have any pots or large bowls for heating food (I had to purchase my own).
