Superb facilities for the family. Restaurant 10/10

The staff was super helpful explaining where everything was located. We drove into the parking garage and the next time we needed to drive our vehicle was when we left. We were able to want to everything we wanted to see.

Lean and comfortable

Good value. Clean. Pleasant staff. Convenient location to IH 81.

Comfortable bed nice and quiet rooms

Five stars for the view. The rest of the property was fine, although breakfast is a pass unless you like to hammer carbohydrates into yourself. The room had nothing wrong but the entire hotel is a bit aged (plus all ice and vending were removed except for the first floor units). None of that will stop us from staying there again because of the friendly, helpful staff and that view.
