Sunset View is a stunning top floor apartment located in the beautiful Lynmouth Holiday Apartments, a collections of luxury holiday lets situated on the edge of Exmoor in North Devon. This tastefully decorated, two bedroom apartment comfortably sleeps up to four guests and has been finished to a very high standard. The apartment, which benefits from sea views also allows dogs, making it the ideal home-away-from-home for couples or small families looking to escape to the West Country.
On arrival, guests are welcomed into a stunning open plan plan living area, which has been divided into a comfy lounge complete with sofa, wood-burning stove and wall-mounted TV; a dining area with table to seat four, and a well-equipped kitchen, which is fitted with a wide array of appliances including a fridge, a freezer, a washing machine, an electric oven and hob, a dishwasher and a coffee machine. Folding patio doors fully open from the living area opening it out onto a paved patio balcony, where the sea views can be fully enjoyed, there is even a table and chairs for alfresco dinners.
The two bedrooms can be found on the first floor of the apartment, both have zip and link beds, which allow them on request to be either set up as a king-size double or a twin. One bedroom benefits from its own en-suite bathroom, which is fitted with a shower, a WC and a wash basin. A second family bathroom is located on the apartment's entrance level floor and has a bath with a shower over head, a wash basin and a WC.
All apartments at Lynmouth Holiday Apartments have a dedicated off road car parking space and access to a private pathway, which leads directly down into the village of Lynmouth where they can discover a range of excellent cafes, restaurants and shops, there are also many walks to be enjoyed locally, including the South West Coast Path.
At Lynmouth Apartments we try to make your stay as memorable and unique as possible. As well as having a premises license we can also arrange a full itinerary of enchanting extras, including;
Health Spa treatments - such as Hot Stone Massage, Indian Head massage and a full body massage. We also have a sauna and can offer both an ice bath and gong bath experience.
Deliveries – we can accept all your grocery deliveries and place any frozen items in the fridge.
Housekeeping – general cleaning, linen change, bags of logs/kindling, prepare the fire.
Flowers – Large to small bouquets of flowers from our local florist
Entertaining – set menus prepared by our private chef, includes service and clean-up. Plus a Grazing Board at any time. We also have a dedicated BBQ area.
Hampers – Breakfast or Walking hampers, prepared locally.
Extras – Pet biscuits, poo bags and walking maps. EV charger. Train transfer. Mini-bus hire.
