This amazing cosy 51 m² house is situated inside a building's inner backyard, in a calm environment but still in the Lyon's busy city life. It has been freshly renovated, and it is situated 5 minutes walk from Garibaldi metro station, which metro line goes to the very central place Bellecour in less than 10 minutes.

You will enjoy a nice living room hosting a comfortable 140*190 sofa bed with an HD TV, and a nice very equipped little kitchen with everything you need to cook and a dining table you can use up to 6 persons.
On the same floor, you will find a nice modern bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.

Each stair leads to a separate cosy attic bedroom, both equipped with comfortable 160*200 queen size beds.

Last but not least : a great little private terrace behind the house, with its garden furniture for 6 persons and its artificial turf to make the most of Lyon's sunny weather :)

Ideal for a romantic getaway, or a city trip with friends, or a business trip too !

WIFI + NETFLIX available, bed linen and towels included. Courtesy items are available (pasta, rice, some coffee and tea pods etc...), as well as a traveler's guide giving you all the information you need about the apartment (wifi code, notices) and Lyon's best addresses.

Entry to the apartment is 100% autonomous from 3pm via a key box. Checkout is scheduled up to 11am on the day of your departure.

Late check-out until 1pm possible for an additional E18 (request to be made the day before at the latest).

As mentioned in the advertisement, parties and noisy events (loud music etc...) that could disturb our neighbors are forbidden in our apartment.
It is also forbidden to smoke inside the apartment. Any breach of these rules during your stay will result in a financial penalty.

Supplementary linen fees apply when 2 or 3 persons wish to use one double bedding each. It costs 18€/person for the use of the linen for the whole stay.
Example : if 2 or 3 persons wish to use all the double beddings, the extra cost is 18€/stay.
