Nice little studio in Lyon 3rd near tram and Rhône

Located in the heart of the 3rd arrondissement and its shops, close to the banks of the Rhône, the peninsula, and Part-Dieu, you'll appreciate the comfort of this small, fully equipped and well-utilized 18 m² studio.
Located on the 2nd floor (without an elevator) of a small building.

You'll enjoy a living room with an HD TV and a 140x19 double bed, a dining area for 2, and a small, fully equipped kitchen. In a separate room, you'll find a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Fiber WIFI available, sheets and towels are included.

You will find convenience products at your disposal (pasta, rice, spice, coffee, tea...), and a Traveller's Guide containing useful information for your stay (WIFI code, notices, nice restaurants around...).

Checkin and checkout are totally easy and independant thanks to a connected lock on the apartment's door. Checkin is from 3 PM and checkout is possible till 11 AM the day you leave.

Late checkout possible until 1PM for a supplement of 18€ (subject to availability, please send your request the day before you leave at the latest).

According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment.

Any breach of these rules will lead to a financial penalty. Thanks for your vigilence :)
