Una experiencia profundamente decepcionante y sin corazón – Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Hotel Escribo esto con enorme tristeza y decepción. Teníamos una reserva de solo una noche en el Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Hotel y, debido a la cancelación total de nuestro vuelo de Air France, era absolutamente imposible viajar a Ámsterdam. No fue nuestra culpa, no fue una elección — fue fuerza mayor. Apenas recibimos la noticia, contactamos de inmediato al hotel y a Expedia, con la esperanza de encontrar comprensión, humanidad y un poco de flexibilidad ante una situación tan excepcional. Pero el hotel no mostró el más mínimo gesto de empatía. Ningún intento de ayudar. Ninguna consideración. Solo reglas frías. Que un hotel internacional como Sheraton, que presume de servicio y hospitalidad, se niegue a ayudar cuando una familia queda varada por un vuelo cancelado, es realmente impactante. Es triste ver que el hotel valora más el dinero de una noche que la humanidad, la compasión y el sentido básico de apoyo al cliente. Viajamos con frecuencia, nos hospedamos en innumerables hoteles, pero rara vez hemos experimentado un trato tan inhumano e indiferente. Duele saber que, en un momento de estrés e incertidumbre, Sheraton nos dio la espalda por completo. No volveremos a hospedarnos aquí y esperamos que este review sirva de advertencia para otros. La hospitalidad es mucho más que políticas — es tener corazón. Y lamentablemente, Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Hotel no lo demostró hoy.
