We had a wonderful stay at The First Clark Hotel & Residence. The entire place is very clean, quiet, and well‑maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more comfortable. Having a washer/dryer inside the room was a big bonus and added so much convenience. We hope they continue keeping the property in this brand‑new condition. We’ll definitely come back again.

The hotel was extremely clean. Housekeeping did an exceptional job every day. Staff was very polite and helpful. Gym was very nice. Restaurants were very good. Washer/dryer in the unit worked well. The store on the first floor was very helpful.

We booked 2-bedroom, this is new hotel. No communication on what would be. No in-room phone , had to go to lift lobby. We didnt have breakfast, it is limited menu everyday, not kid-friendly. Floor wasnt mopped when we got our room, we had to ask them to do so, after we noticed our feet. Room layout was great, functional and great for families.
