Come live the lake life at this 3,300 square foot, remodeled waterfront property. We are a kayak or jet ski ride away from the lakesides reataurant Vernons (live music and play area for kids) and Lou Lous snow cone/adult beverage shack (with games)! Have questions on pricing? When booking a property at a lake there are things you should look for. We chose this house based on the below things some other houses didn't have and we could not be happier! We would love to host your family for a memorable vacation to Cedar Creek Lake.

1. The home is safe for swimming because it is in a protected cove.
2. Views- the views are on open waters, not in a canal that has obstructed views.
3. We have a bug misting system. At any lake there will be bugs, but our outdoor auto bug misting system keeps them at bay. It sprays three times a day and is completely harmless to people and pets.
4. Shade- there are two large trees that take turns shading the fenced in yard so you're protected from the Texas sun.
5. Double decker boat dock. The top is a party deck for sunbathing, dining, and enjoying views. The lower dock has awnings you can roll out to create shade and fish from .
6. Proximity to fun- 1 min to local restaurants and bars, 5 mins to Wal Mart and shopping, located BELOW the highway. 20 mins to Triple N Ranch Winery. 5 mins to Whoa Zone for Kids.
7. Outdoor kitchen (grill, griddle, fridge, sink)
9. Outdoor jacuzzi hot tub.
10. Water bounce house- this is fun for kids of all ages and it can act as a shallow pool for babies.
11. There are water views from 3 of the 5 bedrooms.
12. Outdoor fire pit with wood provided.
13. Sound system plus Alexa, lake toys, toddler toys and games. Roku TV for gamers.
14. Boat ties if you plan to bring your own boat. May 2025 water depth is 5.5 ft.
15. Sandy bottom at our dock, not rocky.
16. The home is on a cul-de-sac with parking for 4 cars MAX in the driveway

The house is 5 bed, 3 bath. We have 2 full size cribs plus a pack and play and baby items available for use.
-Master bedroom- king bed, dedicated bathroom, rainfall shower, large bathtub, water views, balcony, large closet with standard crib.
-Guest bedroom- king bed, moveable crib, water views, large balcony
-Blue room- queen bed, twin bed
-Bunk room- set of twin over twin bunk beds, and two full beds plus half bath.
-Murphy room- queen murphy bed, water views, french doors to covered patio
-Two separate bathrooms with combo tub/showers

We are a family friendly home with toddler toys, games, water toys, two kayaks, a Lily pad, etc. There is DoorDash (food delivery) and Instacart (grocery delivery) in the area so you never have to leave if you don't want to! No parties, no events. ** For family gatherings: 8 adults max, 10 kids max. For adult only gatherings: 10 adult max (unless agreed upon). Thanks for understanding!

Exceptional Lakefront Stay – Relaxing, Immaculate, and Wonderfully HostedWe had an outstanding stay at this beautiful lake house! Great Family Lake Getaway

Our large family of 4 generations had a great weekend stay here. The spot on the lake is perfect. We spent everyday swimming and paddle boarding. The house fit our family of 14 with plenty of room. The owners Brooke and Charlie were amazing to work with. They were quick to respond with any questions not only about the house, but also had lots of information about the area. We would highly recommend this house and would definitely come back again.

Amazing lake weekend with friends

What a wonderful stay we had at the Lake House. It was everything we expected and more. So many little details like lots of extra dishes for cooking to towels and firewood. I really cannot say enough. We would definitely rent again. And can I just say that Brooke was fabulous. I don't even think we had to wait more than a few minutes for a response from her.

Wonderful lakehouse weekend!

The house was beautiful and perfect for our group! My two year old and her friend loved running around the yard. The whole yard is fenced which made it so much less stressful on the parents! Brooke was great as well! Thank you for a fantastic weekend!

This house was an amazing place. It had everything we could possibly need. Beds were super comfortable. The fenced yard was perfect. We brought our boat and tied up to the dock. We even tubed some very brave teenagers on Thanksgiving day. Brrr! So much fun. The hosts were very responsive to every question. I will book this house again.

Best family VC ever!

This property was awesome and perfect for our family, kids and even the babies! It has EVERYTHING - makes packing for our week stay a breeze! Clothes and sunscreen and you are all set! The yard was shady with fun toys for kids when you needed to get out of the sun. The dock had floats and was easy to get in and out of the water, it was roomy with awnings to beat the heat too. We cooked every meal and the kitchen was FULLY equipped. All the extras like ice machine, roomy fridge, wine fridge, books bedside for the kiddos (such a nice touch!), bath supplies, outdoor kitchen and outdoor fridge too! Best part too was that the host was so accommodating and easy to work with. We had a stopped up tub (things like that can happen sometimes!) and they got someone out to fix it in a very reasonable time. It was a very hot time of year and yet the house stayed comfortable and cool. Bugs are common at the lake and while we dusted spider webs every morning, we never saw mosquitoes or bitting bugs thanks to their bug system - which I’ve never seen before at houses we’ve rented - it worked! Such a comfortable home with plenty of windows to watch the beautiful lake view! This was our fifth summer to rent at Cedar Creek and easily the best - we will be back!

Beautiful Home

The lakefront home was beautiful….on a quiet cove with wide water views. Everything you see in the pictures is exactly as it is in real life. The home is extremely well appointed with anything you might need from water floats to a fully supplied kitchen. We loved mornings on the porch and sunsets on the dock. The property owners were way, way, way beyond helpful and accommodating both during planning and during our stay. Any question, concern or request was immediately resolved with friendliness and grace. I couldn’t have been happier with our month at the lake!

Relaxing and fun!

We were looking for a vacation spot that wouldnt be overcrowded during Spring Break. The house was beautiful and so accommodating for everyone on the trip. If you think you might have forgot something its probably somewhere inisde. The kids loved the bounce house, fishing, and playing outside. We stayed for 3 nights and spent all our time at the house minus a few grocery trips, which could have been delivered :) We loved it so much, looking forward to booking again! The host Brooke was great at answering any questions we may have had, they even had a baby gate delivered while we were there. It was an amazing experience and our first VRBO .

This house was perfect for a weekend getaway for our family! The large fenced backyard was great for our small children. The house inside and out was nothing short of amazing. Girls weekend

Property and home were lovely and very comfy for our friend group. We slept 9 and all had our own bed. Even converted the downstairs Murphy bedroom into a day spa and brought in a professional local masseuse for the day, Melissa of Body Mindfulness. Attention to details and a few unexpected sundries were also a nice touch. Thanks for being a great host Brooke!

Brooks thought of literally everything! The house and the location were perfect! My whole family had a wonderful time, and we want to come back! Beautiful Lakefront Home

Our family had a great time at this beautiful lakefront escape. The house is very well appointed and had plenty of room for our entire family. This house would be perfect for a family gathering. The outdoor space has an incredible view, lake access and a large fenced in yard. The fence was the perfect feature for our family allowing our children to play safely during our stay. The owners were responsive and easy to work with. Our family had a blast! Can’t wait to go back.
