Staff was very friendly and courteous. The room was clean, but felt crowded. No bathroom counter to speak of. I reported that the body wash in our shower was empty and that we would like a towel refresh. The bottle was not replaced and the towels were not refreshed.

Staff was very helpful and nice. Beds were not comfortable at all, super soft mattress, uncomfortable huge pillows, and very light blankets. It didn’t help that we were there in the middle of a winter storm, but the room should have had additional blankets. Bed frame made a huge noise when one of us went to the bathroom. Bathroom smelled weird like it wasn’t cleaned properly.

We were very pleased overall. Pleasant and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast options. Comfortable room with plenty of in room amenities. We were however surprised that our room wasn't freshened up every day...no waste removed or fresh linens during our four-day stay.
