Vacation Rentals - MONTHLY JANUARY 2019 AND CARNIVAL 2019 - A comfortable house on Jacarecica beach, 120 m from the sea. in Maceió, Alagoas, Brazil.
The house is super ventilated, has 3 large bedrooms (with closets) - 2 double and one single - TV, living and dining rooms, pantry, full kitchen (with granite countertops, stove, refrigerator, electric oven and cabinets.
HAS NO AIR CONDITIONER.
It also has: 2 TVs - one 42 inch and one 32 inch, 3 fans (one in each room).
The recreation area has a 6 m x 3 m pool, with shallow depths of 0.90 m and, at the bottom, 1.70 m, barbecue, stainless steel sink, shower and toilet.
The laundry area has the washing machine.
Garage for 2 cars.
NO PETS ALLOWED.
The house is 2.5 km from the largest, best (and recently opened - approximately 2 years ago) mall in Alagoas, plus many other amenities.
Our neighborhood was completely redeveloped last year, with the waterfront and streets all lit with LEDs and duplication of the track.
