1. Super friendly & efficient staff, 2. Excellent facilities, 3. Brand new hotel, 4. Just 1.5 min walk away from Masjid e Nabawi gate 21, 5. Good value for money. One area of feedback: 1. Cleaning was almost perfect but can be a bit improved in terms of removing my dust from the room. Overall had a great stay and would love to go back and stay there. Would strongly recommend to all.

Yes all that. Staff was really caring and was even going out of their way to help and care for the comfort and easiness of its guests there. No matter how bizi team was there.
