When I checked in, I was given a room with one king bed. I had four adults that needed to sleep in the room. Nothing could be done for me. We had to sleep on the floor.

First of all we booked this stay so we would have a ride to the airport and we wouldn’t have to drive 2 hours! Once we checked in, we were told different stories about what time we needed to book our shuttle in advance and it went from 12, 10, 6 hours! So from there, the girl at the front desk told us several things and once we went to confirm our ride, the GM pretty much said, too bad, too sad!! Sad, as we our business owners we would never ever do business that way!! We would accommodate our customers and guests!! I truly would NOT recommend this service or place!!

The room was nice but the fridge was old and there was water dripping from the freezer. Possible mold where the water dripped. The bed was comfy, room was clean but the breakfast was blah (unless you like watery eggs and overcooked sausage). I don’t expect a lot from hotel breakfasts but when you can’t eat gluten and rely on the eggs and sausage you hope it’s decent. We not offered any upgrades/beverages during our stay.

The continental breakfast was good rooms were good, staff was helpful. Had sink dripping wasn't a bother to us though. Misleading information on bar as there isn't one. There was a large stick area on our side entrance. The maid knocked on our door and when i asked her a couple questions she did not understand any English.

I came from New Richmond Wisconsin to Madison fast and easy check in. Didn't have to deal with any rude foreigners from India so that may not be correct to say but it's a plus from my past experiences. Clean room. Good breakfast. Comfy bed . The shower had a cool head to pick the settings and one was like a massager stream. If I was a woman I'd definitely have enjoyed that one lol .

The hotel was alright for what we paid for it. There was a $50 deposit at check in, which was not mentioned anywhere that I could see online when I purchased the room for the night. The arcade area looks nothing like the photos. It was super humid and moldy in there, and most of the machines were out of order. The pool and hot tub were nice, but there was a few people in there openly smoking, eating, and drinking alcohol out of a huge glass bottle when we were in there (all of which it said was not allowed and bothered my family with two young children). Our room also had a big deck window thing that looked into the pool room. The breakfast had bagels, muffins, waffles, some fruit cups, cereal, oranges and bananas. There were some scrambled eggs. Our actual hotel room wasn’t bad overall except the tv did not work. I’m happy we only paid $50 for the room given all of the above.
