I’ve already let you guys know what was going on with the state for this hotel and the reasons why I could not check in so therefore I asked for a refund and I did not get it yet so obviously you guys do not respect me nor nor any of Your customers and I am very upset and I asked for a refund and I still haven’t gotten it yet and you guys took $100 off of my card

I booked as a 2 adult 1 child but was not accommodated towels for a 3rd person . Hotel said it’s the policy to self wash towels we only stayed 2 nights I had to use a bed sheet to wash my 10 year old autistic grandson the service was horrible in that aspect
