very clean. our only problem was the lack of options for TV channels, which I complained about before. Turns out I wasn't accessing the entire channel menu. If you type '10-1' you see about 20 channels in the Guide, most not very good. if you type '30-1' you a few dozen more in the Guide.

The room was great and housekeeping was amazing and spotless pickup of my room. TV is a little inconvenient, getting to a specific channel is not available, you have to scroll through every channel, to get to the channel guides and the scroll to each individual channel you cannot go directly to the channel you want. Breakfast was ok, under cooked eggs, overcooked sausage, worst coffee I've ever had a hotel breakfast bar, orange juice was not good, and the cook was upset that I asked if we could have a news channel rather than the SIFI channel movie he was watching. But I never expect much at the breakfast of a hotel. Management was fantastic and very polite at every interaction (which was just in passing saying hello and thank you)

First room we got, ashes and hand prints all over desk and tv stand, cover sheet to bed had stains and used toilet paper roll? Second room WAY better, until we opened the fridge- MOLD. The lady receptionist was very nice. Hallways wreaked of weed. Not just the first day but this carried on the following day as well. Breakfast was scrambled eggs and links, good enough to fill your stomach. Waffles stayed raw in the middle no matter how long you kept them in the iron. The guy night receptionist appears to live there with his wife and daughter. He wasn’t the most pleasant. Keys would work then stop working. Had to go to the desk SEVERAL times to get them rescanned in. At one point was told there would be a $50 charge if this kept happening. We weren’t losing the keys- we were bringing them back because they didn’t work. The pool room is freezing. Half of the lights are burned out and the heat lamps don’t work. It is so dark and cold in there. There’s two gambling machines in the waiting room- take that however you’d like. I have no clue how this place has this high of a rating. I will say, beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the price per night is low. I’ll skip this place next time though.

Hotel is showing its age. Staff was friendly. The only real complaint I have is because they allow dogs, we woke up at 5:30am to a dog barking. Clean place to stay for 1 night, I would not stay there for a destination weekend.
