I am a wildland firefighter and this hotel will not return my money. We booked the wrong hotel they told us to rebook and we would get reimbursed. Well they won't even try and help even though we are fighting the fires around them I think they are very greedy and/or they just don't care about helping the community out. I would like to know what they do to help out the community around them as they do not support nor help out first responders. Please enlighten me if I am wrong I will take this message back

I booked a room here for 3 nights for a festival. When I showed up at 7:30pm, they had canceled my reservation. I had to last minute find a campground for 3 nights and get camping gear. They then proceeded to charge me for the room that they gave to someone else and now refuse to refund me. They stated that you have to check in by 5pm. That leaves a 2 hour window to check in. Total scam. I'm sure they canceled so they could get more money for the room. Expedia refuses to refund me also.

Property cancelled our reservation without call or email. No rooms available ANYWHERE within an hour radius due to festival. Manager said her boss lives out of country and was not available. Incredibly rude and lacked any empathy. Unprofessional. If I could leave -10 stars I would. Awful. DO NOT STAY OR BOOK HERE!!!

The property canceled my reservation cause i didnt pay even though i showed up at 724 pm the day of my check in day to pay and check in the manager was rude had no where to go all hotels were full with in a 100 miles no one at expidia or oyo corporation office cared or help so i was 3 hrs from home sleeping in my car all weekend then on top of it i was still charged and out 500 dollars

it was a last minute hotel to book because all the hotels in Bend and Sisters were booked solid. we attended the quilt show on Saturday and saw Trevor Noah that night which both were amazing.

Very quiet area. Felt safe. My husband wiped the floor ,paper was black. Towel racks gone toilet paper holder broken.Beds sheets are fine. Person that checked us in was very nice.

The owners were very nice but the property didn’t match the website. Maybe they’re in the middle of renovations? But everything was older and in need of maintenance. We reserved a room with a kitchenette and sink; the entire sink faucet was missing :/ Location was good with food nearby and the staff was kind. They offered a refund when we checked out early and explained our reasons.

Keep on truckin' on down the road

There was no customer service.The room was not the cleanest the bed felt like the springs were coming through Paper-thin walls felt like the neighbors were in the room. there was no ice machine You get what you pay for I guess!

Staff (husband and wife) were so friendly, smily and seemed to be very happy with what they are doing. Not a new hotel but very well maintained, very clean room, bathroom and bed was very comfortable. Extremely dirty. There were sticky spots all over the floor there was crumbs and dirt in the bed.There was a child sized fist hole in the shower wall and white, sticky goo on the shower wall. The air conditioner grates fell off and you could see mold dust and outside through the unit. We were unable to use the shower because we weren't sure what was behind that hole.

My review will be consistant with most of the poor reviews. The room look good when entering but right away noticed so much run down condition. Im not sure if the motel is privately owned so maybe they dont have the money to get improvements done right. Mirrors were dirty, trim along the floors dusty, hairy, stains. Very obvious the floor is never mopped. Good that i took slippers. Trim in the bathroom has not been wiped down in a very long time, hair dust stains, shower caulking cracked stained. New toilet which is good so it didnt have any grossness on it. All the towels are stained and look dirty. People use bleach to keep things white. I just dont get the lack of obvious quick cleaning that could be done. I do know that the office manager is the cleaner too. By the looks of the residence attached to the office she has kids too so probably overwhelmed with too much responsibility. There was someone working on a vehicle when we pulled in. The place was quiet which was appreciated and felt safe enough. We saw coffee pump pots when we paid at the office but no coffee to be had. The office was locked the 3 times i pursued coffee,sunday. There are no amenities of any kind. My friend was bummed for no ice machine. The beds/sheets were ok but pillows inside of the cases were pretty filthy, ugg, glad i brought my own pillow. I will pay a few bucks more and stay elsewhere next time. Manager/cleaner is a peach.

Stove had a broken burner,the bathroom light switch had no cover, and several outlets and lights didn't work. The room was otherwise fine. Just this few issues. It's a BUDGET hotel, so overall I was satisfied.
