Expect to pay for everything here. Very convenient, but convenient at a high cost. No such thing as hospitality- not even a cup of water at the front entrance. Everything else was standard as any other hotel.

Super convenient

Great location for flying out in the morning. Coffee machine in my room didn’t work. Hair dryer didn’t work. Train noise below is the T4 metro station. But we slept well and walked upstairs to our flight.

Overpriced and really not that good.

Train is directly beneath the rooms and loud and bed was hard as a rock. The hotel is in Terminal 4 and leaving out of any other terminal means waiting for a shuttle outside, for up to 10 minutes and a 10 minute ride. Not convenient enough for the excessively high price.

Do not recommend: 1) this is not within the airport, as in you have to leave the airport, take a bus, and it is within the metro station in the basement of terminal 4. You may as well leave the airport for a more comfortable sleep. 2) noisy. Easily heard other customers come in, staff talking at the desk, and you can hear the metro station. 3) beds are uncomfortable, hard, and loud. Any movement causes creaking. 4) room was pretty clean, but again, due the the above factors we highly regretted not leaving the airport to sleep at another hotel near the airport which would have been more convenient and comfortable.

Ok. Not great, not horrible.

Well...it's certainly convenient if you are overnighting at the airport for an early flight the next day. It's in terminal 4, so you will need to take a bus the next day if you want to get to terminal 1-2-3 for international flights. Like many other reviews, the biggest thing seems to be the train noise. Its more of a vibration than an overall noise. If you are a light sleeper, this may be an issue. The bust to Terminal 2 was not super quick - so take that into consideration. Staff was nice. Room was pretty clean.

Not worth the convenience

This hotel is the only "walkable" option in/to Madrid airport. That is the plus. Minus is the room is very claustrophobic, no window. That could be overlooked but all night it was VERY noisy. Since it is one long hallway with rooms off of it and no soundproofing, at midnight people talking in hall, 5 am doors banging, 6 someone next door knocking on door for 15 minutes (where was reception???) and at 6:30 some other housekeeping noise. Got no sleep. Towels were thin. So for the money, take a shuttle to a better hotel.

The lace isn’t easy to find. The room lights blew completely when we arrived just after midnight. Had to move to another room. In the morning when I went to dry my hair the hairdryer didn’t work, so had to go to another room to use a dryer. We were only there 6 hrs and probably only manage 3-4 hrs sleep with all the issues. No bottled water in room you had to buy it or drink tap water which smelt highly of chlorine . Was the hotel worth the money…..No!

Great hotel option between flights!

The hotel was difficult to find within the airport. Not everyone working there knows it's location. FYI, on level -1 in corridor F. The hotel is small, so book ahead. It's very convenient for a night's stay between flights with self serve food and is open 24/7. The bed was comfortable and the room was very quiet. Easy to fall asleep.
