This is the favorite Hotel of my trip. The Hotel staffs are so friendly and helpful. I received street city view of the room upgrade and we also called reception desk for an extra room cleaning service. Breakfast is excellent with so many choices. Room is spacious and vanity modern and clean.

very nice hotel ,very convenient to the grand via ,shops, and only 10 mins walk to the real palace . staff were very friendly ,breakfast was good . room was very nice like an apartment with amazing views onto the grand via strip ,there were a couple of things that maybe could of had ,some drawers as even though there was a wardrobe with 2 sections and 2 shelves i felt there wasn't quite enough space to house more than a few days clothes for 2 people ,also maybe a couple of hooks in bathroom to hang clothes when getting ready ,the bed was extremely squeaky every time i moved on my side it seemed to knock against wall and the vibrations of the underground trains slightly annoying but that's not the fault of the hotel. Besides that we had a lovely stay thank you, i would say though that i felt it wasn't quite a 5 star ,i have stayed in a lot of hotels and it didn't quite come up to that in my opinion.

Hotel is in a great location walking distance to stores and transportation. The room was beautiful, bed super comfortable. Higly recommended the breakfast buffet. The buffet offered fresh local options, especially liked the honey served in its comb and the diffrent fresh home made yougurts.
