The unit was very comfortable. The dinning area staff was very nice and efficient. The area around is very active. However, you can't hear any street noise due to the shutters. Very safe.

Great location

Location is perfect, you can walk everywhere in the center of Madrid. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the surrounding neighborhoods.

Really great central location. Very easy to check in. Basic, clean and modern amenities, no frills which is perfect for us. Breakfast was super basic so you won’t necessarily be able to fill up for the day but that’s ok as Madrid is relatively cheap. Excellent experience.

The check in process was easy and well communicated. The room was cleaned well. The bad part was the building noises. Going to sleep at night was always a challenge due to how loud the building was. Each night around midnight and 1:00am, there was a large metal crashing noise. There were also noises from other units that vibrated through the walls. It also lacked some conveniences like an electric plug on both sides of the bed and paper towels/napkins in the kitchen (not a huge deal but when you bring home food, and forget them, you kind of expect it to be there).

La propiedad es linda y está muy bien ubicada, cerca de los puntos turísticos importantes. Sin embargo, es demasiada la bulla por las noches que se filtra desde la calle. Es difícil conciliar el sueño y menos mantenerlo. Al principio no entendía los tapones de oídos de regalo en la cajita de bienvenida. Luego todo cobró sentido, el barrio es para no descansar.
