Beautiful studio located in the heart of Madrid. Next to the Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor.
Completely renovated in a beautiful building that has been completely remodeled five years ago. Unique in the center of Madrid with a large pool, located in a large backyard.
The studio consists of a wide open loft room where the kitchen and dining room is located. Next is the living room with a sofa bed for two people and a double bed. The studio is fully equipped.
It is a comfortable, warm studio with lots of natural and silent light since it is located in the back wall, with no street noise. The people who live in this building are very respectful of their neighbors, so you will find yourself in a very quiet place (no noise, no discomfort, right in the center of Madrid). You can go on foot to all the places of interest: tourist, cultural or gastronomic of the city, without any need to take any type of public transport.
The most important museums in Madrid: El Prado, Reina Sofía and Thyssen, Caixa Forum etc. As well as the Madrid de los Austrias, the neighborhood of the letters, the San Miguel market, the trail market, the retirement park, you can visit them by taking a short walk. The studio is located in the most strategic and best communicated site in Madrid, in every way, whether on foot, or with the countless public transport that it has a few meters away.
Also, it belongs to a very safe area of the center of Madrid. There are four large supermarkets less than five minutes walk from the apartment. You can get directly from the airport, or from the train station (Atocha) to the metro stations, (sol, Tirso de Molina and La latina.) Which are less than one hundred and fifty meters from the apartment.
