Très bon hôtel

Très bon hôtel, moderne et confortable, très bien situé pour visiter les Grands Boulevards de Madrid, la chambre est équilibrée de café, thé et tisane j’apprécie pour le petit dej dans la chambre ou une tisane la nuit avant de dormir 😀.

The room looked ok but it was as super small no space to even open luggage properly. The bathroom you could smell the drainage and it permiated the room. Also the AC Unit did not work so I had to open windows

City Break

I enjoyed my stay at Crosstown ByPillow. The location was very good for South of the centre of madrid food and drink, but also only less than 5 mins to a metro stop which has line 1 which goes up through centro. I was initially given a room where the toilet flush wasn't working. After a failed attempt at fixing I was found a new room. Service at the front desk was always very friendly and helpful of all the people I encountered.

We booked extremely last minute and It was very easy. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We got an upgrade and the room is very cute! Very walkable and many dining options. Cannot recommend enough!

I would not stay there again

I definitely left my mobile phone charger in the room and went back for it after check-out, but the reception staff did not check it with me as they were told that housekeeping had not reported it. I felt it was unkind.

Very noisy, especially on the weekend. The AC was not working, heater instead. It was too hot for us. The only way was opening the windows to get a fresh air. But it was extremely noisy even we are on the 5th floor. The room was tiny. Just enough to you to walk and sleep. The only good thing is the convenient and walkable to anywhere.
