Great size room (junior suite) and good facilities. The bed was too hard for me so very little sleep but, to be fair, I sleep on a marshmallow mattress at home! Husband slept very well. Lovely staff. Great location.

I stayed with my wife from January 15th to the 20th at this hotel has a serious problem of bed bugs. I am badly allergic to bed bugs bites. We told the staff about it and we were just switched to a different room (which was a room right next to the one we had) but it was even worst. I came home with most parts of my body full of bite spots, fever and found all our clothing was full of bugs as I got home with new bug bites that should had happened during our 8 hours flight back home. This is not acceptable for a hotel like this.

Had a lovely time at the Crowne Plaza in Madrid. The staff were amazing - super friendly and helpful. Big shoutout to Camila in the restaurant, she was a joy to talk to! The food was delicious, and the rooms were fantastic! clean, comfy, and modern. Highly recommend!

The hotel staff was nice. The room was exceptable. However, the elevators took a long time to arrive. We were on the 9th floor. Also the rooms are not sound proof. Overall, not bad if you just go to sleep at night.
