The unit we had was nice and roomy, it had a large balcony with amazing views. The unit was quiet and good for sleeping. But, the pool deck was above us and some party goers had a tendency to toss stuff over the edge on to our deck… What can I say, young adults and alcohol!!! The unit was not the cleanest, and is in need of some refreshing. The paint on the walls is scuffed up, evidence of water damage around the shower. The toe kicks under the kitchen cupboards is falling off and there was stains on the chairs. The composite deck is deteriorating from the sun and stains your socks and feet. All in all we enjoyed our stay, and would stay again.

I stayed in the 1 bedroom executive room. Firstly It was much larger than I expected and had every amenity you would want or need. It was also very clean and is in such a Fantastic location. There’s a Convenience store downstairs so you can stock up on things you may need. Most importantly the area is safe. My long trip and flight arrived quite early and before check-in times, however communication with Boris was reassuring and the staff were friendly and polite and ensured they went above and beyond to house me earlier. This is a home away from home and I would choose here again.

Avoid if you need the sofa bed!

The best of the hotel is the location, right at the heart of Madrid city centre. However, the sofa bed offered to the room is terrible. I could hardly sleep at night with my partner. The hotel is obviously target family travellers. The sofa bed will be used almost every night the room is occupied, it needs a new one. The bed's spring stretch loudly on your every movement, the mattress on the sofa bed is also need to be changed. Also, the hotel offers no duvet or thin blanket for the sofa bed, because it is summer. They will give you two bedsheets instead.
