The room was hot and stuffy during the first night. Did not have control of central air. After speaking with the cleaning lady, she advised to speak with the front desk and ask to turn off the air to open the window to air out during the day then at night was better. The room was clean and staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. One drawback is the location that is far from centre Madrid and had to rely on public transportation. The reason why we made reservations was because of the shuttle to the airport and it turned out to the we had to pay a fee for each us and the extra luggage. Next time will stay closer to centre Madrid.

The hotel is super clean, the only thing is there is not metro near we had to take the bus to go to the metro, but the hotel is very nice and serve is really good, I highly recommend it

Clean and spacious room, comfortable bed and friendly staff. This location is approximately 25 minutes away from centre Madrid, which it could be an inconvenience when coming back late. Otherwise we recommend it.

A nice option if you’re flying out of the airport. I was disappointed the pool was closed and that guests can’t control the thermostat in their room. Staff was very friendly and attentive.
