The property was located near the main street, Gran Via, which is full of restaurants and shopping. The bed was comfortable. However, the room was uncomfortably warm for our stay in May and we could not turn on the air conditioning. The hotel had deliberately switched off the air conditioning as it did not consider it warm enough to justify its usage. Also, the hotel's wifi was out for one of our three nights.

Good place but no WiFi

It’s a good place and convenient stay. Sadly, we came in after the blackout so there was no internet nor WiFi the whole stay(4days) which was not acceptable .
