The amenities and rooms were perfectly appointed and the breakfast was delicious. I’m putting four stars only because I felt the front desk staff could have been a bit warmer and friendly to us.

Soy un cliente del Hotel Liabeny de muchos años (aprox. 14 años) a travéz de Expedia, porque consigo mejor precio. Sigue siendo un buen hotel, recien remodelado, con buen servicio, buena comida y habitaciones comodas, aunque a veces me han dado cuartos muy pequeños. Anteriomente ofrecian 2 botellas de agua de cortesía,chinelas y batas que ya no ofrecen, pero siguen siendo un buen hotel.

The “standard” room we were given (for a family of three) unfortunately had no windows, which made the stay uncomfortable for my elderly parents. While the hotel’s location and breakfast were good, the room itself was quite cold, and both the Wi-Fi and heating/air-conditioning systems didn’t function properly throughout our stay. Overall, I wouldn’t choose this hotel again, and I’ll be considering other options for future trips to Madrid. I also wouldn’t recommend it to friends or family.
