Failed at the primary reason you stay here

The only reason I stayed here was it was close to the airport and had a few shuttle. You should be aware they have a third party company that run the shuttle

Clean modern property right near the airport. The room was gorgeous, the front desk people were extremely kind and helpful, even though we were exhausted and a bit grumpy when we got there after a long day of travel. The breakfast buffet was beyond fantastic, there were so many items it would take a week to try them all! Room service was great too, fast and delicious. The only drawback was that our prearranged shuttle pickup never showed up at the airport so we ended up taking a taxi. I had texted them our location on the airport wifi but once you crossed the street at the bus stop there is no more signal. The driver tried to call me but I had no cell network in Spain. Missed communication, the shuttle to the airport the next day was perfect. All in all a wonderful property, very affordable and the workers were very friendly.

The room was clean and very tidy, although there was still some hair in the bathtub when we came in. The check in process was slow, taking over 20 minutes. The driver for the shuttle service to the airport was professional, prompt, and courteous. Overall the room and the stay was a nice experience, but the service could’ve been nicer.

The shuttle from the airport and the access to the train into Madrid super convenient. The hotel itself was good, about a 3 1/2 star, but the staff wasn’t very helpful at the front desk and not very friendly. Typical Spanish, I guess.

I stayed here overnight before catching a flight the next afternoon. The hotel is great! Clean, comfortable, spacious bathroom with a nice little restaurant where I ate outside for dinner and then had the breakfast buffet there next morning. The shuttle was so easy to use to and from the airport. So much better than any airport hotel I’ve stayed at before!
