Nice hotel and reasonable price. Room was not cleaned on the day promised, though. And my pet peeves: 1. No comfortable reading chair; 2. Not enough towel racks.

The air conditioner did not work the first two nights. Our room was not cleaned on the date promised. The coffee maker was unreliable and too sparse. There was no reading chair in the room. But the staff was friendly, the price was fair, and the location was convenient.

The property itself was pretty clean, nice area right across from the train. It was in close proximity to walk to places. My bed sheets/linens were stained. The lady at the front desk when we initially arrived was very friendly. We were there early so they held our bags until check in so we could go explore. Upon arrival the guy at the customer service desk was rude I don’t think he cared for people of color to be honest

Great hotel, convenient to have a mall in front, restaurants all arround, the metro station across the street, this is a great option to stay in Madrid. Staff was very polite, friendly and helpful, room was immaculate clean. Highly recommended.

My experience at Hotel Nido Príncipe Pío was very disappointing. Everything felt disorganized, and I was unfairly charged an extra €60 just to receive my room. The staff was unprofessional and lacked customer service. I would not return and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel . It is really a hidden gem. My children loved to stay here. We had three separate bedrooms with own desk, wardrobe, full bed and two bathrooms, kitchen and living room. AC system is perfect ( especially in Europe) . Bathrooms and kitchen were so clean . We wish we knew about the hotel earlier so we would stay here for a whole trip visiting Madrid . Very surprised with kind of great conditions with that price. Just 3 minutes walking to the public transportation and 10 more minutes taking bus to the central area. We will stay at this hotel again when we come back to Madrid next time .

Convenient, close to Metro, restaurants & shopping mall. Clean hotel overall, spacious room. Breakfast available daily until 11AM, gym available & lobby area to sit. Luggage can be dropped off same day earlier than check in time of 3PM. If you miss the hotel cleaning ladies, they won't come back until 2 days later.

Bed was really comfy and in a good location. Room was a bit messy and no room service to clean it between stays and the service is bery slow meaning your stood in the check in line for 30-40 mins
