The room and breakfast were fantastic. This property is conveniently located with easy access to shopping, Prado, Palacio, etc. The VIP gift card was for the attached restaurant which was quite substandard. Everything about the hotel was wonderful though!

Location is premium. Breakfast is excellent. Cleanliness is great. Staff are super nice and helpful. Rooms are new and clean. Hallways are super clean. My only note is that we expected the hotel to provide grapes for new year midnight celebration as most hotels in spain do. I wish the lobby was bigger but that is not possible due to the building shape.
