Highly recommend if you are in Madrid

Nice hotel, great location. If I ended up in Madrid again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here. Madrid itself is not nearly as nice as Barcelona of Sevilla, but it's worth a visit!

Amazing staff, great rooms although the bed was a little hard in the first room then the second room was 2 single beds that weren’t attached so I fell through in the night!

Good hotel, excellent location. Staff at reception were really nice. Good breakfast and pleasant staff there too. However, restaurant staff were quite rude and food there was very mediocre. Would definitely not recommend the restaurant to anyone.

Best hotel in El Centro

Great location and a totally refurbished 1912-Classic hotel. Rooms smallish, most with no windows and just a light shaft, but up-to-date and comfortable. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Very helpful front desk staff and concierge. Glittery and fun lobby bar and restaurant.

Great, central hotel where staff are welcoming and make you feel at home straight away. This was a great base for a city break with one of the best breakfast buffets we have had in Europe! We’d recommend anyone to stay here and we hope to be back soon!
