Donā€™t book this hotel. Itā€™s not worth it. It is an overflow for when Iberia flights get cancelled and they have to accommodate passengers that get flights rescheduled. 50 person lines of angry people trying to check in with limited staff to help. Had to get my keys corrected 3 times because they didnā€™t work. Pull out couch doesnā€™t have sheets and itā€™s painful to get them. Management doesnā€™t care about your situation. Itā€™s way too far away from downtown Madrid.

Well appointed, diversed and good service with breakfast buffet. Very professional and friendly staff. Juaquin checked us in was great. The ladies at the breakfast were attentive. The lady shuttle driver that picked up at the airport at about 530 pm on 02/24 helped us with the suitcases. The cleaning lady greeted us while walking to the elevator. We loved the beds. The blackout drapes were excellent. My wife felt she had one of the best night's sleep ever. Even the security guard was friendly snd profesional. I will return.

Nice design and clean. Easy check in/out. Comfortable bedding and a great shower. My wissue was that I had asked for a double bed and was given two singles (I would have booked elsewhere if I had known this would be the case).

Best place to stay close to Barajas T4

The hotel is amazing, very clean, staff friendly and professional plus they give you a free shuttle to the airport. If I have to stay again in Madrid, I will definitely come back to stay here, thank you everyone, especially to those who helped us with the luggage trolley moving our x4 luggage.
