Luxury Chalet: LA CASA DE INES
Spectacular recently renovated and furnished villa located in the historic city of Alcalá de Henares. Very spacious and bright, it has a large garden area with a pool and barbecue. It has all the necessary amenities to have an unforgettable stay in Alcalá de Henares (Madrid). Wifi, Smart TV, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, shampoo and shower gel, towels...
It is a private space, designed exclusively for our guests, so they will have access to the accommodation in its entirety: kitchen, living room, dining room, bathrooms, bedrooms, garden and pool. We offer comfort and privacy at all times. The pool is open from June to September included.
The villa has two fully furnished floors that are very bright and can accommodate up to 12 guests. The first floor is divided into five bedrooms, one with a double bed, three others with two single beds each, which can be separated or joined together depending on the needs of the guest, and a last room with two comfortable bunk beds. It also has two bathrooms. It has a large living-dining room with a decorative fireplace and smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and complete crockery, and a terrace at the entrance to the house.
The basement floor has a bedroom with two comfortable bunk beds, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a toilet, and a large bar area, equipped with a smart TV, a sofa, and a dining table. The garden area has a swimming pool, a barbecue, and outdoor furniture for guest use. The house also has air conditioning in all rooms, a heat pump, and Wi-Fi.
In compliance with the Spanish regulations of Royal Decree 933/2021, we must complete a traveler's registry with your ID or Passport details, thank you in advance. When the chalet is booked, the guest will receive a message asking for the information to fill out the travellers' entry form: Name and surname, sex, identity document number, document support number (if applicable), type of document, nationality, date of birth, place of habitual residence (address, town, country and postal code). For this it is obligatory to send a photograph (to confirm that the information is true) of the passport, and if applicable, an identity document on both sides, of ALL travellers. In addition, the following information must be provided: Telephone number, relationship between the travellers if there is a guest aged 14 or under. (Who is the father of whom and who is the child of whom) WITHOUT COMPLETING THE REQUESTED DOCUMENTATION, THERE IS NO ACCESS TO THE CHALET. I am sorry to have to ask for this information, but it is my obligation to be registered with the number REGAGE24e00092808271 in the registry of entities and establishments of the Ministry of the Interior to develop the activity of tourist housing. This information will only be used to inform the Ministry of the Interior and for nothing else.
Parties or any other event are not allowed, if you would like to hold a celebration you must contact us first to specify the details. Events may never be gatherings that disturb the community (excessive noise, excessive gathering of visitors, leaving too much rubbish outside the bins, causing problems with parking, illegally accessing private property or committing acts of vandalism)
Entry into the chalet is autonomous, once inside the chalet guests will have three sets of keys. In case of loss or misplacement of keys there will be a financial penalty of €15 for each set of keys.
We are not responsible for lost or forgotten objects.
The property declines any responsibility for the use of the pool and other facilities. Children must always be supervised by adults throughout the property, garden and pool.
All amenities offered are included in the price.
We accept pets.
If more additional beds are used than the number of guests who have made the reservation, it will be considered an additional guest and an extra cleaning fee will be charged. 40 euros per night.
We offer a cot and high chair upon request at 30€ each.
As an additional service we offer the possibility of cleaning the house during the stay. This service costs 20 euros per hour. The minimum service is 4 hours and must be booked at least two days before the date on which you want the cleaning to be done.
