Claims free shuttle service but shuttle doesn’t go in the morning and only every 2 hours in the evening. The hotel room was very good. Staff not friendly or helpful.

Dont book here - No shuttle

Shuttle never showed up. Called over a dozen times after standing outside for over an hour, could not get through, seemed as though they were picking up phone then hung up. Had to take a taxi there. if I knew there was no shuttle would have never booked there. Told the girl at the front desk, she had an attitude. Told the manager - would not reimburse for taxi or for room stay.

Reserve estancia aquí porque decía shuttle gratis desde y hacia el aeropuerto. Llego a las 12 de la noche, espero una hora, llamo y no contestan, al final pedí un Uber. Me dicen que de regreso solo hay un shuttle a las 7:30am y 11:00am…. En el cuarto subí la temperatura pero me morí de frío en la noche. El buffet del desayuno fue muy bueno, pero es lo único

Very convienamt w free airport shuttle, notjing else around...even food. Hotel does have meal buffets worth it if you are really hungry
