I sent four separate message to this hotel trying to find out how to get the shuttle to pick me up. I only booked this place because of the shuttle. My plane landed very late and I didn’t want to take a taxi. They never answered me. It cost me $40 to get to the hotel. While there, I stood in a line of about 12 people waiting to check in at 1:30 am. There were two young men doing a great job of helping everyone. There was an additional computer station that was not being used but the manager seemed to be happy to walk around with his hands in his pockets instead of opening this station for “priority customers” and help move things along . A bus drove up and let about 50 more people off whose plane had been delayed and still the two young men got no help getting everyone checked in. The room was very bare bones but comfortable and I was able to get the shuttle in the morning. I would not recommend this hotel or return to stay again.

The area the hotel is in is not the best. The pool was closed and it was not even advised that the pool was not open. We booked this because of the pool. The beds were very hard and the food for lunch was macaroni and fries. Not the best quality.

Really bad experience with the Shuttle Service, as tourist, you dont have a local phone to call them and you must wait upto 50min. I schedule in the next day shuttle and they sent me to the basement and transport never showed up after 40 min waiting and talking to the staff, I end up taking a taxi to avoid losing my flight.

Big fat ZERO!

1. Distance to Barajas Airport was 20 min ride, not the less than 1 mile distance advertised; 2. Shuttle service at 6:30am or 11am, not available for my needs so had to pay a 25 Euro fare out of pocket. I had previously emailed hotel for shuttle info 3 days prior to arrival but never received a response. When I complained to Mgr., he said they get too busy to deal with incoming emails; 3. If you don’t purchase the 16 Euro breakfast buffet in the morning, you cannot get coffee until 11am. There is a vending coffee machine Mgr said to use if I wanted coffee. GROSS!!!; 4. No water in pool advertised. Hoped to use once checked in as it was hot & too early for bed; 5. Surrounding burnt, abandoned buildings, very sketchy and scary looking area; Zero accommodation on part of Manager, Jose Luis. Zero attempt to make our stay pleasant. Zero customer service on his part.

Everything was excellent, except for the fridge that was not working properly, the cold temperature was barely reached. Maybe they’re too old. Staff was helpful and courteous, the shuttle to the airport was on time and the driver very nice and courteos too.

To start the pool was closed and I believe that part of the hotel is used for long term rentals. Possibly to house illegals. Again not sure. The beds were firm, I mean firm! Room was clean and the breakfast was very good. No concerns with my safety, but they do have a crap load of security cameras.

They need to have more shuttle seats available for trip to airport. My flight was scheduled at 1 pm but the shuttle slots available were either at 7.30 am or 11am. I was considering taking a cab (readily available) for a more reasonable waiting time at the airport but was able to take an earlier flight which took care of the problem. Breakfast and dinner buffet were both excellent.

The hotel staff was not polite, no accurate with the information provided, i guess the hotel has homeless people living inside wich is no safe, and shuttle bus the driver was distracted driving and unprofessional. I won't recommend this property. The only good part is close to the airport.

Convenient for one night near the airport They have a shuttle service which was good I didnt use it at arrival because i didnt knew how to take it or how long and we ended up arriving at the same time with my taxi, but for my airport return i took it and it was very well organized The area around is awful, so dint expect to leave on foot. Many ubers services for food are available I wpukd recomment for overnights when you need to leave early for airport or too late at night specially with all the issues at the barajas airport

The place is rated as suite, when is really a motel. The TV was a 17inch and very low, they disconnect the antena. Air-conditioned didnt get cold. The toilet paper was on the back of the toilet hard to reach and the hooks of the towels almost in the ceiling. Half of the building looked like public housing. For a Melia group was not to their standards.

I booked the hotel for the “ free shuttle “ to and from the airport . I needed a ride to the hotel when I arrived at the airport , I called the hotel multiple times but no answer . I had to take an Uber to get me to the property . I inquired about the free shuttle , was told “ The shuttle is available SOMETIMES” not all the time “ . This is not mentioned in the hotel services description . Same thing happened the next day , was told no shuttle to take me to the airport . Very disappointed . Will never book this hotel again .
