Receptionists were quite helpful 24/7. Great European style breakfast with a nice buffet variety of selection. Servers were attentive and courteous. Open 7-am-12Noon. HVAC worked great. For $300 per night room was a bit small ; also toilet seat was rather uncomfortable and a bit too high. 6ft guest 175lb and feet couldn’t reach the floor. $150-$200 per night would have been more appropriate. Great downtown location.

A Luxury Hotel with friendly staff, the room was beautiful and clean every day. Breakfast has variety and healthy options, the air conditioning is exellent. Also has a pool area and a grate Rooftop with the most beautiful views to La Gran Vía, Madrid. 100% recommended!
